I am Kurt Ellison and I created Heritage Scanning after going through a mountain of old family photo albums! Looking through them, I realized there were so many pictures of relatives and ancestors and I had no idea of who they were or what their story was. My parents, grandparents, and great grandparents are long gone and those memories just haven't lasted. I am guessing that I am not alone in this situation. There are so many memories that will just be lost as time goes on – and it doesn't have to be that way.
Heritage Scanning helps families preserve their photo memories from one generation to the next by helping families get their photos scanned - but digitizing is only half the task.
Once your memories are preserved electronically, they need to be connected to the power of their deeper meaning - their story - so that the memories can be preserved from one generation to the next.
